2 Bedroom Unit
$25,000 (minimum contribution) Entry Contribution – Retention - 35% over 7 years
Body Corporate Fee (Single Occupant) = 32% of single pension ( Currently $860.20) $275.26 per fortnight / $19.66 per day. Body Corporate Fee (2 Occupants) = 24% of couple age pension (currently $1,296.80) $311.23 per fortnight / $22.23 per day.
Villa Unit
$150,000 (minimum contribution) Entry Contribution – Retention - 40% over 7 years
Body Corporate Fee (Single Occupant) = 19% of single pension (Currently $860.20) $163.44 per fortnight / $11.67 per day. Body Corporate Fee (2 Occupants) = 14% of couple age pension (currently $1,296.80) $181.55 per fortnight / $12.96 per day.
New Villa or RTO Unit
$250,000 (minimum contribution) Entry Contribution – Retention - 40% over 7 years capped at $200,000
